Key Features
High strength

The minimum yield strength of a Q355 galvanized sheet can reach 355MPa, and the tensile strength is as high as 470-630MPa. It can effectively withstand external loads and impacts and is suitable for various load-bearing components.
Excellent corrosion resistance
The surface of the Q355 galvanized sheet forms a uniform and continuous zinc layer by hot-dip galvanizing, which can effectively isolate moisture and corrosive media from erosion of steel. At the same time, zinc has a "sacrificial anode" effect. Even if the coating is partially damaged, it can protect the exposed steel by electrochemical means, making it suitable for humid and corrosive environments.
Strong weather resistance
The thermal expansion coefficient of the zinc layer is close to that of the steel substrate, and the interface will not be separated due to thermal expansion and contraction in a hot and cold cycle environment, so that the Q355 galvanized sheet can maintain structural stability and zinc layer adhesion in the range of -40°C to +120°C without peeling or flaking.
