M450 wear-resistant steel plate is a high-performance special steel composed of special alloy components subjected to high-temperature tempering treatment. It is widely used in many industrial fields such as engineering machinery, mining machinery, metallurgical machinery, environmental protection machinery, cement plants, power plants, etc., providing reliable wear-resistant protection for equipment in these fields.
Feature
Excellent wear resistance
The hardness of the M450 wear-resistant steel plate reaches 450HBW. The chromium and nickel elements in the alloy form hard carbides, which significantly improve the wear resistance. Its wear rate is reduced by more than 60% compared with ordinary low-alloy steel plates, and its service life is greatly extended. It is especially suitable for abrasive environments such as sandstone and ore.
High strength and toughness
After high-temperature tempering, the internal grains of M450 are refined to form a uniformly distributed structure of martensite and bainite, taking into account high strength and toughness. Compared with harder steel grades, its crack growth rate is reduced by 40%, and its impact resistance is better, ensuring structural stability under heavy loads.
Good weldability and machinability
M450 can adopt a standard welding process and is easy to cut, bend, and drill. The strength of its welded joint reaches more than 90% of the parent material. The machining accuracy and surface quality meet the design requirements, significantly reducing the difficulty of manufacturing and maintenance.
